Yes. This tour uses Vivanta Tawang (or similar), Tawang's first 5-star hotel, for three nights.

Is Bum La Pass open for tourists?

Indian nationals can visit Bum La with an extra permit issued in Tawang, subject to army approval and weather; it often closes after heavy snow. We apply for you and plan an alternative if it's shut.

Yes, Inner Line Permit processing is included.

Is Sela Pass open now that the tunnel is built?

Yes. The Sela Tunnel opened in 2024 and carries most traffic, but the old road over the pass is still used for sightseeing when it isn't snowed in. The pass road is used for the views when it's open and safe; otherwise the drive goes through the tunnel.
