Questions people ask
Which luxury hotels are used in Gangtok and Pelling?
Taj Guras Kutir Resort & Spa in Gangtok and The Elgin Mount Pandim in Pelling, or similar properties of the same standard, depending on availability.
Is this a good luxury honeymoon option in Sikkim?
Yes. Many couples choose it for the resort stays, the spa session and the private car, and extras such as a special dinner or a room upgrade can be requested, subject to the hotel's availability and at extra cost.
Can North Sikkim be added?
Yes, though hotels in Lachen and Lachung are simpler mountain lodges rather than luxury properties. We'll choose the best available and adjust the price.
What do we need for the Tsomgo Lake permit?
Each Indian traveller needs a government photo ID and two passport-size photos, which are needed to apply for the permit. Foreign nationals also need a Sikkim Restricted Area Permit. Nathula Pass is open to Indian nationals only and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
