Questions people ask
Is this suitable for a Darjeeling honeymoon?
Yes. The tea-estate bungalows are quiet and romantic with personal service, which makes this one of our most popular honeymoon trips in Darjeeling.
Can we stay at Glenburn Tea Estate?
Glenburn (or a similar heritage tea bungalow) is part of this tour, subject to availability. These estates have very few rooms, so book early for peak months.
When is the best time for a tea estate stay in Darjeeling?
March to May, during the first flush, and October to November, for the autumn flush and the clearest mountain views.
How early is the Tiger Hill trip from Glenburn?
Glenburn is about 1.5 to 2 hours from Tiger Hill, so you leave around 3 am to be there before sunrise. It is optional. If you'd rather sleep in, you can skip it and enjoy the estate instead.
