The Corporate Northeast Retreat is a 4 days relaxation & Wellness journey through Shillong, Cherrapunji in Meghalaya. Thoughtfully paced for 15-80 travelers, it brings together offsite planning support, Conference-ready stays and Team activities in nature.
Over 4 days, you travel at a relaxed, unhurried pace with hand-picked stays, a private vehicle, and an experienced local driver who knows the routes and the seasons. Nights are spent in business resorts and Conference venues, so you rest well between days on the road.
The ideal window to travel is Spring (Mar-May), when the weather and views are at their best. No ILP needed for core Meghalaya routes.

Day 1
Arrive and check in
Guwahati airport → Shillong · approx. 120 km, 3–3.5 hrs
Our team meets your group at Guwahati airport with a dedicated vehicle for the drive up to Shillong. After lunch and check-in at the resort, our coordinator goes over the venue, timings and the plan for the next two days. Dinner is a relaxed group evening at the resort.

Work sessions + Shillong evening
Resort + Shillong city · approx. 30 mins each way
The morning is set aside for your meetings or workshops in the resort's meeting hall. Tell us what equipment you need so we can check what the venue can provide. After lunch the group heads into Shillong for Ward's Lake, Police Bazaar or a sunset at Laitlum Canyons, depending on the weather. Dinner is back at the resort. Extras such as a bonfire or live music depend on the venue and are quoted separately.

Sohra team day
Shillong → Sohra and back · approx. 55 km each way, 1.5–2 hrs
A day out in Sohra (Cherrapunji). You visit Nohkalikai Falls and walk through Mawsmai Cave, and there is time for a nature walk or group games in the open. A professional team-building facilitator can be quoted separately if you need one. Lunch is on the way, and you return to Shillong for the closing dinner.

Departure
Shillong → Guwahati airport · approx. 120 km, 3–3.5 hrs
After breakfast and checkout, the group drives back to Guwahati airport. Departures are planned around your flight times.

Yes. We regularly plan team outings in Darjeeling, Kalimpong and Gangtok, which are easy to reach from Bagdogra and NJP. Share your group size and dates for a proposal.
Is the meeting hall included?
Yes. The package includes a meeting hall, a 4-star stay, all meals, transport and coordinator support. AV needs, branding and extra activities can be added on request.
How does the team reach Shillong?
Fly or take a train to Guwahati; Shillong is about 3 hours away by road and we provide the transfers.
